Disbud: Remove side buds on hybrid teas, center buds on floribundas.

Spray Orthene on buds showing color as well as opening blooms to control thrips and aphids (if you require perfect blooms!)

Apply 1.5" twice a week (through June)

Each week, apply 1 Tbs. of sulfate of ammonia and 1 Tb. diluted fish emulsion to each plant. Every other week, apply 1 Tbs. of urea to every plant (through July).

Remove all diseased leaves that fall to ground; do not compost.
