Remove all short twiggy growth as it forms. Disbud: Remove side buds on hybrid teas, center buds on floribundas.

Spray Funginex weekly. Midmonth, apply Orthene to buds showing color and blooms. For mites, use Water Wand® with Jet Spray™ head, or Orthenex Formula III or Isotox Formula IV.

Every other week, apply 1 Tbs. of urea to every plant (through July).

Add MiracleGro to pesticide to acidify spray and to supply micronutrients. Remove all diseased leaves that fall to ground; do not compost.
