Consulting Rosarians are members of the American Rose Society and a local rose society, experienced rose growers, trained and qualified by the American Rose Society to serve the gardening public by providing information and advice about growing roses.
CR's can deal with questions relating to how-to-grow roses and how to deal with any rose problems that come up. Within their capabilities, they may offer advice, attempt to diagnose problems, and recommend specific solutions when asked.
